President
Luvy worked in technology for over 30 years. She worked with multiple outsourcing companies providing directions and managing resources across the globe. She is a certified SAFE Agilist, Scrum Master and Product Owner/Product Manager. She has transformed teams into efficient Kanban and Scrum teams. She delivered multimillion projects across all product segments and channels of a financial institution. She is passionate about helping business leverage the same advantage corporations have been using to manage cost but still get highly skilled resources.
Russell Stewart
Business Development Executive
Russ has been working since he was 14! Russ is a Six Sigma Black Belt trained through Toyota LEAN manufacturing. He's certified many leaders in Six Sigma. In his career in business, he has helped numerous businesses grow and expand organically and through acquisitions. He has worked in different industries such as direct marketing, fulfillment, fleet management, increasing productivity and efficiencies in their operations.
Cory Rivera
Office/HR Manager
Cory is a highly effective Human Resources and Office Manager with over 15 years of experience specializing in establishing productive business relationships and resolving critical human capital business issues. Cory has helped startup businesses fulfilling different roles. She managed contact centers providing accurate employee job performance assessment, recommending, and implementing action plan strategies to meet HR needs, interdepartmental coordination, consultative relationship building, coaching, training, communication and schedule planning. She has proven ability to successfully multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting all expected outputs.
Carlo Mata
Creative and Marketing Director
Carlo is a seasoned professional with almost 2 decades of invaluable experience spanning the fields of footwear, sportswear, fashion, and now, technology.
From his humble beginnings as a Sales Executive at Levi Strauss & Co in 2005, to assuming roles such as Trade Marketing Manager at Puma Middle East and East Africa, and later as the Director of Retail Training & Projects for Clarks Shoes UK across 24 countries in the Middle East & Africa, Carlo has continually pushed boundaries and expectations.
His expertise lies in an impressive array of disciplines including Marketing, Retail & Operations Training, Brand Management, Project Management, Store Planning, Event Planning, Interior Designing, 3D Modelling, Graphic Designing, and Visual Merchandising. Always one to embrace new challenges, Carlo has also delved into the realm of technology, specializing in UI/UX design and mastering the MERN Stack and established a start-up tech-company in the Philippines, with a mission to revolutionize healthcare accessibility worldwide.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for growth, Carlo is also an entrepreneur, currently overseeing the operations of two food stalls in the Philippines.
Aside from his extensive industry experience, Carlo also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton London, and is a certified CAD draughtsman from Emirates Education Centre in Dubai. Furthermore, he is also a certified Full-Stack Web Developer, having completed the training at Zuitt Coding Bootcamp.
In his latest endeavor, Carlo serves as the Marketing Specialist for VB2B Staffing, bringing his wealth of experience, creativity and innovative thinking to the table.
